This notice describes the services used by PureSoul Walking. Contact info@puresoulfamily.com about your personal data.
Accounts and saved walks
If you create an account or sign in, Lovable Cloud provides authentication and account storage. Authentication handles your email, account identifier and credentials or sign-in provider information; a browser session keeps you signed in. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also processes that sign-in under its own privacy policy.
Your account profile stores your display name, home city, email opt-in preference, account identifier and creation/update timestamps. Saved walks store your account identifier, city, route slug and saved timestamp. Account roles control member and administrator access. These records support your profile, access and saved-walk library, not public browsing.
Account information remains stored until account deletion is requested. There is no self-service account deletion control: email us to request deletion. You can remove individual saved walks in the site. The email opt-in is a profile preference; this site does not currently implement a newsletter subscription form or mailing-list service.
Preferences and offline copies on your device
Your browser stores saved walk references and timestamps, your manual language choice, selected basemap and sign-in session. Offline exports are downloaded to your device. These support saved walks, language switching, map preferences, sign-in and offline use. Signed-in saved walks are also synchronised with Lovable Cloud; other listed preferences stay in browser storage.
Device preferences remain until you remove them or clear browser storage. Sign-in sessions are managed by the authentication service; signing out ends your local session. Downloaded files remain until you delete them from your device.
Location and composing a walk
Location is requested through your browser only when you choose a location-based action, such as locating yourself on a map or using your location to compose a walk. You may refuse or revoke permission in your browser. The map uses the coordinates to show your position.
When you search for a start point or explicitly compose a walk, the server sends the necessary place query, coordinates and routing preferences to GraphHopper for geocoding and pedestrian routing. Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) may handle place searches; Overpass services may receive area queries for map/path information. Existing published walk pages and stored GPX exports do not trigger live routing or AI requests. These service requests are used to find places and produce the requested route; this application does not store a location history. Provider log retention is not established by the site code.
Maps, fonts and photographs
Your browser requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap or Esri according to the map layer you choose. Tile requests reveal the requested map area and ordinary connection information, including your IP address, to that provider. Google Fonts supplies the Fraunces and Manrope fonts. The home page requests a photograph from Unsplash; route photographs are served through the site's hosting or asset delivery services. These providers receive technical request information to deliver maps, fonts and images. Their retention periods are governed by their own policies and are not specified in the application.
Hosting and technical diagnostics
Lovable hosting and delivery services receive the requests needed to serve the site. Technical requests can include IP address, browser information and the requested URL. The application logs server errors and can send exceptions with page/context information to Lovable's event service when that service is available. These support delivery, security and fault diagnosis. The code does not establish hosting log or event retention periods; contact us for information about your data.
No advertising tracker, advertising cookie banner or sale of personal data is implemented in this application. This notice does not claim that third-party services keep no technical logs.
Purposes and your GDPR rights
Account and saved-library processing provides the services you request; browser preferences and location actions reflect your choices. Necessary technical processing supports service delivery, security and reliability. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to info@puresoulfamily.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Dutch law and EU data-protection regulations apply.
