Berlin's oldest public park — Märchenbrunnen, the two soft hills, and a woodland loop the east side of the city treasures.
Friedrichshain is a park that has been loved through everything Berlin has been through. The two rubble hills are now soft wooded rises; the fairytale fountain still runs; the paths are wide enough for prams, joggers, and slow walkers to share without friction.
Enter at the Märchenbrunnen fountain and walk clockwise past the rose garden. Take the perimeter path around Großer Bunkerberg, sit at the Kleiner Bunkerberg summit for the loop's soft peak, and return through the woodland along Am Friedrichshain.

Slow down until the count softens. Sit on the next bench for a full minute. Presence is the goal — the map will wait.
