Why this route restores

The Havnepromenaden is one of Europe's newest and most patient waterfronts. The Opera roof is a walk in itself; the harbour path is continuous; Tjuvholmen ends the walk on a small beach.

Presence notes

Start on the Opera roof (fully accessible ramp), walk west along the harbour, cross to Aker Brygge, and finish at Tjuvholmen's sculpture park.
